Snowmobiling

We Have Miles of Snowmobile Trails to Explore!

Every winter, thousands of people come to northern New Hampshire to snowmobile along the more than 1,500 miles of trails that wind throughout the region. The stately forests and snow-covered fields and valleys provide hours and hours of fun and the opportunity to explore the vast northern landscape, from the deep woods at the Canadian border; to the top of Jericho Mountain in Berlin; under the shadow of Mount Washington in Bretton Woods and Twin Mountain; along the wide open meadows of Jefferson and Lancaster; and the extensive trail system in Franconia Notch State Park, a portion of which passes by the Flume Gorge, Echo Lake and the Old Man of the Mountain memorial. Snowmobile trail conditions are updated each Thursday by NH State Parks.
