The Littleton Farmers Market is located on the banks of the Ammonoosuc River and adjacent to the town’s famous covered bridge. Grassy areas, trees and the burbling river make this an ideal spot even on the hottest day to browse the stalls offering everything from locally grown fruits and veggies, pasture-raised pork, beef, and chicken, goat cheeses, breads, gluten-free goodies, maple products, prepared foods, and wonderful crafts, from jewelry to wood products to homespun wool. Lancaster Farmers Market

Lancaster, NH

At the Lancaster Farmers Market dozens of vendors gather on the green space around the Centennial Park Bandstand to showcase their local and organic vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses, baked goods, plants and much more, along with handcrafted products like jewelry, bird houses, and soaps and lotions. Musical entertainment is on tap the first Saturday each month. Centennial Park, Main Street, next to Weeks Memorial Library

Gorham Farmers Market

Gorham, NH

The Gorham Farmers Market features a variety of local vendors selling fresh and organic produce, fruits, meats, baked goods, pastries, eggs, jams / jellies, preserves, goat dairy products, coffee, cheeses, honey products, and maple products. Handcrafted items include leather goods, soaps, dog treats, sewn / crochet items, wood turned kitchen items and more. Prepared foods include Thai food, meatball / pork / beef sandwiches and chicken wings, homemade sauces, lemonade and teas. Mushrooms, chaga and fiddleheads are locally sourced. Local authors are on hand to sign their books and live music adds a lively note. Town of Gorham Common, 69 Main Street. Open 3 to 6 p.m. every Thursday, early June through early October.
