St. Kieran Arts Presents: Youth Ensemble of New England

The Youth Ensemble of New England is a youth orchestra composed of 35 talented young musicians from the age of 9 to 18. Based in Lancaster, Massachusetts, the orchestra draws its members from all over New England. Under the direction of Dr. Connie Rittenhouse Drexler, the orchestra has toured Iceland, Canada, England, Scotland, New England and southern California. The concerts feature gifted young soloists and are lively, varied, exciting and appeal to young and old alike. The orchestra repertoire is taken from a variety of great classical and sacred music, spanning from the Baroque period to the present.

AMC Highland Center Presents: Youth Ensemble of New England Concert

The Youth Ensemble of New England is a youth orchestra comprised of about 30 young people ages 10 to 20 and is based at Thayer Conservatory in Lancaster, Mass. The repertoire of the orchestra includes works of great masters such as Bach, Mendelssohn, Purcell and Dvorak, as well as lighter American and Pops-style music. The orchestra hopes to share their love of great music with all types of audiences.

The Youth Ensemble of New England

The Youth Ensemble of New England is celebrating its 50th anniversary performing throughout New England, and has had previous concert tours to Iceland, England, Scotland, Canada, Maine and New York. Suggested donation is $5 to support children’s programing at the Tillotson Center.
