The Peacheaters Concert at Medallion Opera House

The Peacheaters recreate the experience of seeing The Allman Brothers Band live. From whirling guitars to a pulsating rhythm section, to soul & blues infused vocals, The Peacheaters dig into the Allmans’ 45-year music catalogue. They are not just the best Allman Brothers act currently out there (Boston Globe/ Boston Music Awards) but “They capture the true spirit of the Allman Brothers,” so says Henry Paul of the Outlaws.

The Peacheaters have been together over 15 years (almost unheard of these days) and are riding high with the addition of Chuck Farrell of the Nor’Easters on guitar and new management Norman Gopin, formerly of Darkstar Orchestra.

Although they are no strangers to the big stage having supported (among others) the Outlaws, Foghat, Pink talking Phish and members of Gov. Mule, it’s been the past year that has seen the Peach really take off, recently selling out BB King’s in NYC; Showcase Live in Foxboro, MA; Blue Ocean Music Hall in Salisbury, MA; and Aura in Portland, Maine.

The Peacheaters will be bringing the entire 8-piece ensemble to the Medallion Opera House on February 16th. With this band no two shows are ever the same and you’ll see why! The “Wall of Sound” brings the experience to life and with these A-list musicians. It is an evening not to be missed!

Tickets are $20 at the door and are available at the Gorham Town Hall, 603-466-3322 x3 and online at www.medallionoperahouse.org. Doors open at 6:30 pm with show time at 7.
