The Great North Woods Committee for the Arts presents the Harp Twin in concert at the Monadnock Congregational Church in Colebrook.
Young harpists Camille and Kennerly have achieved extraordinary success by taking Electric Harps and acoustic Concert Grand Harps to unprecedented levels and smashing boundaries between different genres of music. The duo has amassed over 625,000 fans across their social media sites and over 33 million views on their YourTube music videos, easily making Camille and Kennerly the most followed and recognizable harpists in the world. Mixing their virtuoso harp skills with their stunningly complex arrangements of rock, metal and soundtrack bits, the twins deliver performances audiences cannot forget.
The Maple Leaf Seven, Vermont’s own traditional jazz band, provides “Dixieland” and classic swing throughout the northeast for jazz lovers and dancers. Maple Leaf Seven features traditional and contemporary interpretations of jazz standards on clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, piano, bass and drums.
Maple Leaf Seven was founded in 1978 by jazz lovers in St. Johnsbury, VT. In the succeeding 39 years the band has played numerous concerts, weddings, parties and anniversary celebrations. Maple Leaf’s newest CD, “Sweet Jesus” features spirituals, hymns and gospel numbers performed in the band’s inimitable swinging style.
The Youth Ensemble of New England is a youth orchestra comprised of about 30 young people ages 10 to 20 and is based at Thayer Conservatory in Lancaster, Massachusetts.
The repertoire of the orchestra includes works of the great masters such as Bach, Mendelssohn, Purcell, and Dvorak, as well as lighter American and Pops-type music. The orchestra hopes to share their love of great music with all types of audiences.

Foot stompin’ traditional fiddle music will be celebrated when the Don Roy Trio from Maine performs in the popular Great North Woods Committee for the Arts at the Country Club Concert Series.
GNWCA President Charlie Jordan said, “We are delighted to bring Don and his group back to Colebrook for what is sure to be a fun night of top-notch old-timey music.” The Don Roy Trio features Maine’s own Don Roy on fiddle, his wife Cindy on piano and Jay Young on upright bass. The night will also feature some old-time step dancing.
