Medallion Opera House Presents: Wooden Ships, A Tribute to Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young

Wooden Ships, comprised of Norman Coulombe, Don Coulombe, John Cucci and Tim Dion will be performing a concert featuring the music of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young at the Medallion Opera House on July 7.

Crosby, Stills & Nash (CSN) were a folk rock super group made up of American singer-songwriters David Crosby and Stephen Stills and English American singer-songwriter Graham Nash. They became known as Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (CSNY) when joined by Canadian singer-songwriter Neil Young, who was an occasional fourth member. They were noted for their intricate vocal harmonies, often tumultuous interpersonal relationships, political activism, and lasting influence on US music and culture. Crosby, Stills & Nash were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and all three members were also inducted for their work in other groups (Crosby for the Byrds, Stills for Buffalo Springfield and Nash for the Hollies). Neil Young has also been inducted as a solo artist and as a member of Buffalo Springfield.

Tim Dion, a well-known musician from Northern New Hampshire, works as a solo performer all across New England. He has worked as a vocalist and guitarist with several bands over the past 30 years and is presently working with the bands, Wooden Ships and Long Road Home.

Don Coulombe has honed his craft as a singer, songwriter and comedian for over 40 years. He is known in the industry as “The Man Who Can Do It All”. The Don Who? Variety Show and his various holiday shows continue to entertain audiences throughout the United States and Canada.

Norm Coulombe is an experienced musician who plays several instruments. Along with brother Don, Norm formed Fox & Company, one of the top drawing bands in New England, Canada, Bermuda and Puerto Rico.
