Comedian Juston McKinney at Medallion Opera House

With multiple appearances on The Tonight Show, his own Comedy Central Specials and consistently selling out theaters, Juston McKinney is at the top of his game.

He has appeared on a half dozen Comedy Central shows including his half hour Comedy Central presents and his one-hour special Juston McKinney – A Middle Class Hole, which was released by Warner Bros. He has appeared numerous times on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno as well as the Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien. He was chosen to be part of the Blue Collar Comedy “Next Generation” Tour, with Bill Engval, which aired on TBS and had his own weekly show on Sirius/XM radio, Live from the Woods with Juston McKinney. In 2018, Juston could be seen on the Showtime special Unsportsmanlike Comedy with Rob Gronkowski and part of Comics Come Home comedy event at the TD Garden.

His TV credits include: The King of Queens, the Sidney Lumet drama 100 Centre Street. His move credits include The Zoo Keeper and Here Comes the Boom.

Juston also wrote, created and starred in the web series Hosed, about a volunteer fire department in the fictitious town of Effingwoods, NH. It caught the eye of Denis Leary and his production company Apostle. Juston then wrote the pilot and it was sold to IFC

AMC Pinkham Notch Presents: 200 Years of White Mountain Trails History

Featuring guest speaker AMC archivist Becky Fullerton.

What were the first trails in the White Mountain like? Full of convenient stone steps, or barely recognizable? The region’s first trails were all of this and more. AMC’s Trail Crew has been building and maintaining them for 100 years. Learn how trail construction has evolved according modern thought on wilderness, crowd management, and access. Hear the story of White Mountain trails and AMC, from the construction of the 200-year-old Crawford Path through the present.

Sunrise Snowcoach Tour on Mt. Washington Auto Road

Experience a winter sunrise at treeline from the comfort of the Mt. Washington SnowCoach.

Our experienced SnowCoach drivers will take you to treeline (weather permitting) at 4,200 ft. on the Mt. Washington Auto Road for a chance to watch the sun rise. We leave promptly at 6:15am in January and 5:45am in February from the base lodge and will not hold back the trip as we need to keep a tight schedule throughout the day for all our guests.

Even if we don’t actually get to the see the sun rise, you can be sure the early morning lighting at treeline will make for incredible and unforgettable scenes. Although you are riding in a heated van, you should dress warmly as you will have an opportunity to get out of the SnowCoach for pictures and to experience the weather on Mt. Washington.

Evening Snowshoe Tour

Experience the wonder of a nighttime winter walk. Join a Naturalist from the Appalachian Mountain Club on a guided snowshoe tour. We will use our senses (and no flashlights) to navigate the trails while listening for owls calling and exploring our senses. Tour departs from the base promptly at 7pm; guests needing to rent equipment are encouraged to arrive at 6:30pm. Minimum age, 8 years old. No dogs.

Ski with a Naturalist

In conjunction with the Appalachian Mountain Club, Great Glen Trails offers you the chance to really get to know Pinkham Notch, with a FREE tour (trail pass is required). When you ski with a naturalist, you will learn about the flora and fauna that make our corner of the world so special.
