Festivities are held at Murphy Dam beginning at 11 a.m. The day’s events include a flea market, crafters, antique car show, petting zoo, and vintage tractor display. Burgers, hot dogs, cold drinks, popcorn, fried dough for sale, A kids fishing derby will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. and the chicken barbecue is at 6 p.m. Fireworks will go off at dusk.

4th of July Fireworks and Parade
Celebrate our Nations birthday Jefferson, NH Style on July 4th, 2019!
This year’s Jefferson 4th of July Parade’s theme is ‘We The People’. The parade will begin at 10:00 A.M., line up at 9:30 A.M. leaving Hillside Cemetery, following Meadows Road to Rte 2 Intersection, and continuing on Route 2 to Jefferson Town Office Parking Lot.
Following the parade there will be other events including a fishing derby, cookout, fun and games and a raffle. The day will end with a Firework Celebration.
On Sunday, July 7th there will be Jefferson Fireman’s Breakfast at the Jefferson Community Building.
Errol 4th of July Parade
The Umbagog Chamber of Commerce is proud to sponsor Errol’s Annual Fourth of July Parade. The parade begins at 1 p.m. from the Errol State Shed on Route 16.
This year’s theme is “Your Favorite Part Of Summer.” A First Place prize will be given to the float that best follows this year’s theme.
