The Umbagog Chamber of Commerce is proud to sponsor Errol’s Annual Fourth of July Parade. The parade begins at 1 p.m. from the Errol State Shed on Route 16.
This year’s theme is “Your Favorite Part Of Summer.” A First Place prize will be given to the float that best follows this year’s theme.
Errol’s parade kicks off at 1 p.m., with the theme “Your Favorite Part of Summer.” Other events include building your own handmade fishing pole, kids’ fishing, BBQ, kids’ games and a log rolling contest. Fireworks begin at dusk by the Route 26 bridge.
The New England Forest Rally (NEFR) is an annual two-day stage rally (July 21 & 22) that takes place on the back roads and logging tracks of Western Maine and Northern New Hampshire. The New England Forest Rally course is made up of dirt and gravel logging roads. Spectators can enjoy special stages at Sunday River Ski Area in Maine, and other stages including in northern New Hampshire with a service area to be located in Errol (TBD).
