AMC Pinkham Notch International Dinner — Corsica

Join us for our 29th year of the AMC’s International Dinner and Adventure Series! On January 16, sample the cuisine of Corsica, followed by a presentation with Jack Holmes: Jewel in the Mediterrean.

Wednesday evenings transform into a weekly dinner series of international cuisine followed by an inspiring presentation. The family style dinner features four courses, including soup or appetizer, salad, entrée, bread, dessert. The after dinner program is a cultural and inspirational adventure presented by local and regional guides, explorers, and travelers!

2019 International Dinner prices: $21 AMC Members/ $24 for Non Members. Group Rate $20 for groups of 5 or more. Payment is required upon reservation. International Dinner packages are available starting at $49 per person, which includes dinner, the presentation, lodging at the Joe Dodge Lodge, breakfast and a trail pass at Great Glen Trails for Thursday. Christmas Dinner at the AMC Highland Center

Enjoy a relaxing and sumptuous Christmas Dinner at the AMC Highland Center. Arrive in time for the pre-dinner social hour fireside in the living room Wine and craft beer will be available for purchase, along with complementary appetizers.

Christmas dinner includes a selection of soups, salads, entrees and desserts. Several gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options are available.

Rec After Hours at Bretton Woods

Join the Appalachian Mountain Club, the Mt. Washington Resort at Bretton Woods Nordic Center and Fabyan’s Station for the next Rec After Hours.

First, the Recreation: 3:30pm-5:00pm
Get out of work early (or just play hooky) so you can take part in one of the  guided adventures at the Bretton Woods Nordic Center: Fat Biking, Nordic Skiing, Snowshoeing, Tubing, or Ice Skating.

Then, the After Hours: 5:30pm
Then head over to Fabyan’s Station for the networking, drinking, eating, and general merriment starting at around 5:30pm. As always, everyone will have a chance to share with the community what they’re up to and what they need help with.

Celebrate Thanksgiving with family or friends at the AMC Highland Center and enjoy a festive traditional dinner with all the trimmings — and without the cleanup!

The menu includes vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options in addition to the usual holiday offerings.

Begin with Winter Squash Bisque (GF, Vegan) or Potato & Leek Chowder (GF, Vegetarian); Field Greens with Fresh Cranberries, Goat Cheese & Candied Walnuts (GF, Vegan); and House-baked Bread & Assorted Dinner Rolls.

Entrees include Roasted Turkey with Classic Corn Bread Stuffing, Gravy and Rustic Cranberry Sauce; or Roasted Pork Loin with Caramelized Onions & Savory Roasted Apple Sauce.
