Mode of Travel

Motorcycle

We know what a perfect ride is - hopping on your Harley (or other wheels of choice), blue sky day, and an endless ribbon of roadway that is anything but boring!

Whether you are looking to ride for the whole day or more, or just make a loop that will bring you back to where you started within an hour or two, there's a route for you.

(Our favorite? Route 145 from Colebrook to Pittsburg and especially those stretch of curves in Clarksville - you'll know what we mean when you get there!)

RV

A century or so ago, the explorer set out to see the country in a Conestoga wagon. Today, the mode of transportation is much more comfortable and for the RVer in New Hampshire Grand, you're welcome at campgrounds that dot the region.

There are campsites in the woods, by the edge of a lake or alongside a river bank and there are parks that offer amenities for the entire family, especially children.

Tour Bus

The welcome sign is out for tour buses and their passengers!

In every season, tour groups make New Hampshire Grand a destination, whether for skiing, sightseeing excursions and especially during fall foliage.

From a night or two at one of the Grand Hotels, to an afternoon of adventure riding a mountain-climbing cog railway or visiting a maple sugar house, tour operators are encouraged to include New Hampshire Grand attractions in their itineraries.
