Nansen-Milan Winter Festival

Milan Hill State Park and downtown Milan are the venues for this fun-filled family weekend that combines Nordic ski racing with plenty of food, crafts, music and activities.

On Friday evening, take part in the Burning of the Greens Bonfire, Ice Skating and cocoa at the Milan Green and Ice Rink.

Saturday’s events feature a Broomball Tournament on Milan Green, along with a Mid-Winter Market with food and craft vendors, live entertainment, and AMC and Boy Scouts Winter Camping and Tracking workshops at Milan Village School.

On Sunday, skiers are invited to compete in the 14K Classic Men’s & Women’s Ski Race, a 5K Classic Fun Ski, or the 1K Kids’ Race at noon, all at Milan Hill State Park. Awards and a luncheon will follow at the Milan Village School.
