AMC International Dinner & Adventure Series – Cuisine of Maylasia

Join the Appalachian Mountain Club on Wednesday evenings for their annual International Dinner and Adventure Series at AMC Pinkham Notch Visitor Center. Each week features a unique four-course menu, from fresh baked breads to dessert. Beverages are included. All menu items are prepared fresh in the AMC kitchen. Responsible BYOB is welcome. The after dinner program is a cultural and inspirational adventure presented by local and regional guides, explorers, and travelers.

February 10 program is Seven Months on the Road with Liz and Rachel Freierman, with the Cuisine of Malaysia.

Dinner is at 6 p.m., and the program follows dinner. There is a cost for the dinner, but all programs are free and open to the public. Reservations are recommended.
